Hereford for a day visit

Had the most wonderful day in Hereford city yesterday courtesy of Eat, Sleep, Live Hereford, firstly meeting  Madam Mayor in the Town Hall and being shown the ‘chains’ and other ceremonial attire, plus a large collection of silverware.  Next we taken on a historical walk about High Town followed by a visit to the Cathedral and its various gardens.  Herefordshire has an abundance of culture, crafts and foodie businesses to explore….well worth a day visit as only 23 miles away.
