To make a booking enquiry, please check the price table below and then, using the availability calendar, scroll through to the dates you are interested in, select the dates and then complete the form fields below the calendar, adding any details you may like to include (e.g. one small dog). When you have selected the dates and completed the form press send and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can. Please note the terms of booking at the bottom of the page. Thank you.

Full Week Fri 4pm – Fri 10am
Long weekend Fri 4pm – Mon 10am,3 nights, 70% price
Mid Week Mon 4pm – Fri 10am, 4 nights, 80% price

Booking 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. I will send you written confirmation of the booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday to include extras ie dogs, horses and baby facilities.   Reminders are not sent and failure to remit on the due date may result in the loss of your holiday.  Confirmation of the balance payment and arrival details will follow.

Damage Cover £50 extra may be requested and is payable in advance to cover small breakages/damage. This, or part thereof, will be returned one week after your holiday if unused.

Cancellation Should you need to cancel your holiday, please phone immediately and confirm in writing within 5 days.  I will do my best to re-let for you and if successful will refund you in full less an administration charge of £30 per week booked. If we are unsuccessful in re-letting or only able to let at a reduced rate, then you will be responsible for payment in full, or the difference. Accordingly, we strongly advise that you effect Cancellation Insurance.

Letting The Barn will be available to you from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival to 10.00am on your last day. We ask that you agree to leave it in a clean and tidy condition, as you wish to find it, and accept responsibility for any damage done or loss sustained during your stay.

Availability If, for any reason beyond our control, the property is not available on the date of your holiday, all rent paid will be refunded in full and the hirer shall then have no further claim against the owner.

Access The owner shall be allowed reasonable access during your stay.

Strictly No Smoking in The Barn

Dogs by prior arrangement – Must be well behaved, 2 max, kennel available or confined to kitchen, hall and garden. No dogs allowed upstairs or on furniture. Excrement to be responsibly disposed of. Please bring your own dog bedding. £16 per dog/week

Baby facilities available £15 eg cot, stair gate, high chair
